ANNETTE is a dynamic character that lives a realistic life of a teen girl with a disability instead of relying on stereotypes. This is a leading role in a major feature film.
As one of the few casting professionals in this industry that has Cerebral Palsy and a twin, I could not be more excited to be working on a project that will make a significant impact on representing the mobility disability community and strengthen our commitment to authenticity on screen and behind the scenes.

SEEKING: talented female actors 16+ years old who have congenital mobility disabilities and/or are wheelchair users to play a high school senior. (those who will be 16+ by July 2024 and adults can apply)

ANNETTE
17 years old, Female. She has a congenital mobility disability.
Since the day ANNETTE was born four minutes before her twin CHARLIE, she has never given up the lead in their relationship. As college looms, ANNETTE has been struggling with her identity. She is the family overachiever and has a beautifully creative spirit, but she cannot get people to look past her congenital mobility disability. Being “the girl in the wheelchair” for seventeen years has taken its toll — and maybe, for once, she’d rather give the world the middle finger than a high-five. However, no amount of self-deprecating humor can let her escape the reality that she might not be able to go into the world alone, at least not like CHARLIE will.
