Production Company: UNM
Logline: A night in the kitchen where Bridgett, the mother with ADHD, cooks dinner and talks with her young adult child, Mae.
Project Description: This is a slice of life short film reflecting the humorous, yet melancholic moments shared between a mother with ADHD and her adult child.
Shoot dates: Saturday, April 8th from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday April 9th from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Compensation: I can give you rides or pay for gas. I will also be feeding you. Please let me know if you have any food allergies or specificities! Lastly, you will get credit and a youtube link for the finished product.
Character Descriptions: For Birdie, I am looking for someone who can pull off a middle-aged white woman, preferably with blonde hair. Her character was recently diagnosed with ADHD and is on and off medicine due to the continuous shortages. She’s funny, bombastic and chaotic.
For Mae, who’s 19, I’m looking for a white actor or actress aged 19 to 26. Mae is kind of quiet, very attentive to Birdie talking, and says a lot with their eyes.
