ABOUT THE FILM

This film deals with the politics of gender and sexuality and the pressure to conform to traditional portraits of masculinity, femininity and heterosexuality.

Films that explore gender and sexuality largely have a classic tale of transformation and closure. Stories of older men grappling with change remain largely invisible.

LEAD ROLE:

LEONARD, AGE 61, TRIES TO CONNECT WITH HIS ESTRANGED DAUGHTER WHILE STRUGGLING WITH IDENTITY ISSUES.

STORY LINE:

This film follows our lead Leonard. Leonard is 61: lives in a flat; washes dishes in a kitchen by day, sex work by night. He grapples with his own sexuality and place in the world. He lives in small town America and is estranged from his only daughter.

RATE:

This is a paid role and the rate is negotiable depending on the person cast.

Any travel needed will be covered by production.

LOCATION

Shoot location is still TBD but will be in the US.
