A casting call for an Albuquerque short film is now open for Dead and Gone — a sharp, cinematic thriller written and directed by Paul Bonness, filming the last week of April and first days of May 2026. Story Quest Studios is proud to share this opportunity with actors across New Mexico.
About the Film
The best time to make a killing is when you’re already dead. Dead and Gone is the story of a young, proficient hitman whose life and entire outlook are changed in an instant. Sleek, dark, and character-driven — this is the kind of morally complex material that demands real presence and commitment on screen. Whether you’ve trained in our Albuquerque acting classes or come from a production background, this project is worth your time.
